Last night, an explosion went off outside an Ariana Grande concert at a stadium in Manchester, England. As the concertgoers were beginning to exit the arena after the show an explosive went off. Confusion set in as the smoke rose and people fled to seek safety. At least twenty-two people died and sixty were injured however, Grande was unharmed. Videos are now being released by members in the crowd showing people, many young adults and children, scrambling to escape. British officials are treating the event as a terror attack. Police say the attacker died after using “an improvised explosive device”. The bomber was twenty-two year old, Brit-born, Salman Abedi. Police are now trying to figure out if he acted alone. There are still a lot of unknowns, but the attack was confirmed as an act of terrorism.
